• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank.
• After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund only if:
✔ You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
✔ The product is not delivered.
✔ The product has technical errors that we cannot fix within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Cases

❌ Dissatisfaction with store design.
❌ Lack of effort or inactivity leading to poor results.
❌ Store bans or restrictions unrelated to PulsePlugs.

Partial Refund Considerations

In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund if issues arise directly due to PulsePlugs. All refund requests must go through our Refund Request Form for review.
